Second Hussein lawyer killed. Witness says it was a drive-by shooting from armed government vehicles.

I think it's pretty lame that the lawyers are being killed--I mean, I could understand if somebody broke into Hussein's cell and shot him. But the laywers are just doing their jobs--legally, someone has to represent him in court, even if he is a sadistic madman responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths.

The way things are going, the prosecution is far more likely to be lynched than Hussein himself. He's well-guarded. They're just incompetent.
