Unless anyone can prove that force was applied, or authority was abused (even if it was an *older* brother, that hardly constitutes "authority" once you're both adults), he left a moving vehicle entirely of his own accord on account of being an idiot. I think the coronors ruling will most likely be "death by misadventure".

I'm a Mormon. In fact I even attend church every week. I don't get in a huff when people swear. Though I don't think most people necessarily like talking to a person with the vocabulary of a teamster. Wouldn't jump out of a truck though. Might just decide not to ride with 'em again if they really bothered me. Not all religious people act extreme.
