The Miami Herald finally notices that Diebold voting machines are as insecure as everyone has been saying they are for years, allowing anyone to trivially alter the results - and by "trivial", I mean it asks for a username and password but does not require them, and took 5 commands to alter the winner of the test election while leaving no traces at all. Another person altered the memory cards that record votes to ignore the actual votes and show only what he wanted the votes to be.

Diebold's response? "By testing the system you have violated your license agreement."

(PS. "An eigth grader could do this", combined with Republicans-only running the elections, combined with Diebold being run by a Republican who promised that his voting machines would elect Bush, combined with all the evidence of fraud pointing to votes being altered in the Republicans' favour on *every single* paperless machine - and only those machines. What does it take, people?)

Also,
Apparently the *only* adult male Iraqi captured in Fallujah who was released without imprisonment and torture was... Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Gentlemen, start your conspiracy theories now!

Also,
American FCC Chairman attempts to hold cable networks hostage in order to force them to censor content he personally doesn't like.
