Now, of course, you just need a totally Republican-controlled Congress to impeach a Republican claiming the office of CIC, before you can get actual charges laid and the Republican who replaces him as Chief Sock Pupput has to pardon him.
So it's still three more years of same old, same old before he issues a blank-check pardon to everyone involved at the last minute, but, hey, it's a start.
