You aren't saying it would be a good idea to restrict businesses, are you? After all, restricting businesses is *wrong*, and the government should stay out of it (and anyway it'd mean you're really just making it harder for the small businessman to succeed because small businesses can't afford to cope with restrictions on their business while large corporations can, so you're really undermining the free market).
