That would be a problem. This is, however, why they invented 32MB USB keys with a copy of Firefox Portable installed on it. Runnable anywhere you can plug it in, installs nothing to the PC.
Runnable anywhere you can plug it in *and* have execute privileges, of course. If I were a corporatiopn I wouldn't want my employees running stuff from a USB key, either, even if it didn't write to disk.
