Minks and Guinea Pigs don't have talons, they have wee little nails which are quite cute and not horrible claws of death.

Yes, but their feet look nothing like that. That's got 4 forward claws and presumably a dewclaw on the far side. Chickens have 3 forward and one rear.

We may have a match here. Those look like monkey fingers. Claw length may be exaggerated due to captive existence or it could be a different species of marmoset or tamarin (both small South American monkeys).
