John's mocking Heavy Metal? I would think it'd be the sort of thing he'd find entertaining in a good way. Not that I've seen an issue since...89 I think.
I mock Heavy Metal because if I want comics, I can read ones that don't suck, and if I want porn, I can get porn involving real people.
Comic porn, that is neither good comics nor good porn, does not appeal.
(And yes, not all Heavy Metal is intended to be comic porn. There are even entertaining and well-written stories in it, and I've seen one or two of them. It's just not worth wading through the bad comic porn to find them.)
