This is a British children's book. Does that man look familiar? Well, he's kinda hard to see.

Yes. Brian Froud apparently REALLY DID make Adolph Hitler the main character of a children's book, without giving it away or spoiling the story, and actually got it published.

Amazon listings to buy it here - the pictured edition is out of print, but the review references the original Froud "witty and sophisticated" art.

(For those thinking the name rings a bell: You may know Froud as that guy who did everything art-like in Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal.)
