Hindu memorial shrine to Ghandi needs to be purified and reconsecrated after Bush's visit, due to his insistence on desecrating it with the presence of bomb-sniffing dogs.

While I can somewhat see his feeling the need for extra security (gods know there's enough people that hate his guts), I'd say that then, if he won't go visit the shrine without something that would desecrate it... DON'T VISIT IT THEN.
