Elizabeth Cheney, Dick's daughter, has been named the "democracy tsar" for the Middle East.

As Sisyphus Shrugged puts it:

"The Vice President's daughter has been appointed by her father's administration to be the autocrat of someone else's democracy.

Good. Isn't she a lesbian? Maybe they'll let gays join the US military openly (or at least let lesbians do it), and they'll instill proper order and we can finally pull out.
