I have that issue at home. I know this because I have every issue of PCXL ever published. I miss PCXL. Some of the staff jumped over to PCGamer (same publisher, I have issues(of the magazine, leave my personality(or lack thereof) out of this) dating back to 95, and have been a subscriber since 97), but PCGamer is considered far too reputable for the style and humo(u)r that was PCXL. They knew their target audience were primarily male and tended to be geeks, nerds, and hopeless fanboy dorks, and they shamelessly exploited it. It was fun to read.
