US lawmakers propose to fix the problem of illegal surveillance by making it illegal to tell anyone, by any means, about illegal surveillance. Whistleblowers, reporters, your friends at the water cooler - 15 years in jail and $1M in fines for disclosing the existence or practices of any illegal government surveillance programs.

I'd ask that you educate yourself a lot more on the situation in Belarus before you compare Bush to Lukashenka. And don't expect to find it in Western media anywhere - the West stopped caring about Eastern Europe a long time ago.
