Ottawa drunk driver ruled not guilty after his use of the "Shania Twain Defense" - to wit, "Yes, your honour, I know I was drunk, and I know it is dangerous to drive drunk and that I would be punished for driving drunk, but it was okay because Shania Twain was helping me drive through telepathy."

The judge has ruled that he is not sane. And he's right, of course - everyone knows Shania only talks to ME.


Shania Twain, who apparently causes the "can't get her out of my head" effect often.
