I love them for their "We're getting rid of stock now" sale, that has resulted in my picking up:

Land Of The Dead

The Ladykillers
The Terminal
Donnie Brasco
Matchstick Men
The Devil's Rejects
and the Bill And Ted Special Collector's Edition,
for bargain-basement prices. As in, *almost* as cheap as Blockbuster's "Rent it now, and own it for just $0 more!" deal. Cheaper, on the new releases.

Date: 2006-04-17 11:29 am (UTC)Oddly, when I first rented it I was hoping it'd be bad. it was haloween and I rented it with a friend in hopes of getting to see a really horrible werewolf movie. It's hard to say if we were pleasantly surprised or painfully dissapointed. A bit of both, really.
