That's right. The Office Of Professional Responsibility has just been told "You're not cleared to know anything about what we're doing, so you can't confirm or deny that we're breaking the law. Neener neener neener."
The only remaining "checks and balances" on the power of the King in the USA are a lot of angry civilians with guns, people. Clue in, fast, unless you *like* your dictatorship.
