Snails are more interesting than slugs!

Another example of why "evolution" doesn't mean "better". In order to defecate, snails have to twist their head to the left otherwise he (or she) will hit the top of their head.

It's great to know this is what years of Univresity has taught me.

My snail was prettier than this, before he met his tragic, rather painful looking end in the filter intake vent. He was grey, and irridecent.
