He looks drugged -- which could be because of the orange thing being a tranquilliser dart. Dunno why there's a ladybug there, though, unless this was in a zoo and it thought the dart was a flower.
I suspect photoshop. You wouldn't put a dart into the animal's nose if you had any options - it's a ladybug with a flower as a peace offering to the tiger, which means photoshop.
