California cops were patrolling a beach in an SUV, and were driving over dunes without being able to see what was on the far side of them.

I saw that happen when I was 12 except it was on the beach at Daytona. Some dumb chick was sunbathing on the sand between a parked camper and a pickup truck. Someone pulled into the "open" spot. There were tire tracks on her back and it was not pretty.

I've never gone back to Daytona.
