The election in Mexico is "too close to call", just like the USA in 2000 and 2004. Also just like the US in 2004, the exit polls show a clear victory for one side. Also like the US in 2004, the *losing* side (according to the only impartial poll) is the one running the election and counting the votes. And I don't mean "the losing Mexican party", I mean "American Republicans".

Bush tells black voters that he is "unfamiliar with" the Voting Rights Act, after his government let it expire and refused to renew it.
