theweaselkingHey, remember those secret prisons the CIA operates in foreign countries so they can hide and torture prisoners without oversight? The ones that definitively, positively, absolutely don't exist?
Well, right from the horse'sass mouth, the prisoners who don't exist and who aren't being tortured in those prisons that don't exist are all going to be turned over to the US military, and not tortured any more despite that the people who will be keeping them are currently engaged in torturing all the other prisoners in the War On Terra.
