Take a look - waist harness, upper leg harness, and that line running straight from the from of his shorts off the bottom of the page, only partially concealed by his legs.
It just looks like a regular old rock climbing harness. I hope that it was done up correctly, because I've seen people get dumped out of those more than once. It would be better if he had a chest harness as well.
Bungee jumping is amongst the stupid things that I would not do. Bearing in mind that I'll happily rappel off of absolutely anything that I have enough rope for, or leap out of perfectly sound aircraft. A giant rubber band that I have no control over is not my idea of a calculated risk. I've broken far too many rubber bands, to feel comfortable with it.
