I'm reminded of Michael Moore, whom, IIRC, outsourced his website maintinence to Canada. What, no Flint citizens know how to do a website?

Coming out of the American education system? Doing something technical? Are you serious?

(Less facetiously, I would suspect that superior laws on free speech and privacy would be to blame for that one - but you'd have to ask Moore to be sure. If I were Michael Moore, I'd be running my site out of Sweden, at this point, so that it couldn't be "dissappeared" along with me.)

PS: 30 seconds checking has you only slightly right. Moore's domain is maintained by a company in Montreal, but registered through NetSol, run on servers in DC by an ISP in DC, and all business matters are handled from New York City.

Besides, openly paying Canadians to do a technical job that you want done right makes sense. Secretly paying Indians to lie on your behalf doesn't.
