You're surfing without the appropriate stuff enabled. There's a baby (which is doing the laughing) attached to your cursor by an elastic band. You can swing it all over the place, and it bounces.

It's javascript.

I have javascript turned on. I fired up IE and it worked in that, but I still can't figure out what's going on with Mozilla. Javascript works in other places just fine.

Hmm, doesn't work for me from Firefox, either.

I found it at work, where I only have IE. I didn't try it from home until now.
