Higher court overturns previous ruling on "bring down the vote" tactics in Ohio

Only one challenger per side per polling place, though, and as of 6:30 AM, the Democrat challengers were in place and telling reporters openly and frankly that they did not intend to do anything except make sure that nobody got challenged unfairly.

The use of challengers was previously ruled unconstitutional, because the challenge cannot be appealed until after the election, and a challenge would cost the challenged person their vote regardless of legality.

And now, an explanation for the Genghis Khan and the Power Rangers Who Didn't Quite Make It debacle:

"Dschinghis Khan was a German pop band created in 1979 for taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest. The name of the band is the German spelling of Genghis Khan, and was chosen to fit the song of the same name written and produced by Ralph Siegel with lyrics by Bernd Meinunger."

Second, scroll down to the last picture here:

That's a "Remington 870MCS as an auxiliary weapon, mounted under the M4A1carbine, to form the so-called Masterkey system" - because the Russians are not the only ones to think that perhaps sometimes buildings need to die.
