From the department of "Well, duh":
Access to "morning after" birth control does not increase promiscuity and sex education does not increase promiscuity - they both just mean that WHEN people have sex, not if, the people who have access to birth control and sex ed are less likely to get sick or pregnant.
In Florida, "separation of church and state" means that the state's public schools are being used to push a Christian program that asserts male superiority and a closer relationship with God.
