One truck driver's confusion is to blame for a bizarre incident involving three police forces, the Canadian military and a tractor-trailer loaded with armoured vehicles bearing anti-tank missile launchers, police said Friday.

This one will make you sick. Don't just BLAME the victim, arrest and prosecute her.

Bad: 17-year-old girl is gang-raped by three adult men. At the urging of her mother and her friends, she files a police report and tries to press charges.

Worse: A judge determines that there isn't sufficient evidence to prosecute on charges of rape - and immediately turns around and declares that the witnesses who aren't credible enough to convict the men on rape charges ARE credible on the behaviour of the girl, and nails her with a "filing a false report" charge.

Worst: This isn't the first time it's happened in that city, with that judge.
