My first thought was that that had to be a pisstake. Thirty seconds of googling followed by ten minutes of horrified reading leads me to the belief that that is, in fact, genuine.
How did it get outside the Scientologists? I had the impression they were death on releasing material liable to mockery where outsiders could see it.
