I used to live across the street from a women's health clinic that attracted a small gaggle of abortion protesters every weekend. They only brought a bullhorn once: I suspect that somebody made them Knock That Shit Off, because they were quieter after that.)

Also "shouting racial epithets, anti-gay slurs and other statements many would consider offensive" and "they verbally assault anyone who confronts them" are strong indications that they're just another small tributary off the mainstream American evangelicals, diverging only in that they hate white people AND gays, not just gays.
