You know how perspective can make a cube on your monitor, allowing you to see a 3d object on a 2d screen?
This *animation* is a 4-d object "modeled" as a moving 3-d object and displayed on a 2D screen.
If you could actually see it in 4 dimensions, it wouldn't be moving, and all the sides would have the same length.
