Looks like a copper-eyed scottish fold (not too exotic). My old fat cat would sit like that. All the rolls of blubber settled around his hips and propped him up. Depending on how co-operative the cat is, giving it a gameboy to hold while you take a photo isn't too hard.
Looks like the cat was trying to wash his tummy, and some annoying human with a camera stuck this stupid plastic thing in the way. That would be Accusing Stare #4 :D
Don't be silly. That's clearly a cat engrossed in playing Nintendogs on its DS, annoyed at the human with the camera trying to steal it's doggy training tricks.
