Microsoft and Gates have nothing to do with this case. Microsoft - in this case, states that they did not press charges, and have not been called to testify. The public prosecutor's office in Russia is responsible for instantiating the criminal case based on Russian law - not on complaints from Microsoft specific to the defendant.
