we don't have unqualified, unrestricted rights to bear arms- there are actually a number of limitations and qualifications to deal with.

Blaming the right to bear arms for bad parenting decisions is like blaming role-playing games or violent music for Columbine. There are bigger issues at play than the right to keep and bear arms.
