hahaha, you gonna tell me this isn't worse than putting the dead in potholes? it's kinda cute tho, how it has their name on it, and their birth and death years. not to say that dead people in pencils are cute... just.. bah, nevermind.
I'm going to tell you that deliberately making the dead into pencils at their own request or that of their next of kin is better than negligently using the dead as temporary pothole filler because you can't be arsed to keep your promises or follow the regulations when it's cheaper to not do so, yes.
*shrugs* I guess it's moral. I don't think I could turn my loved ones into pencils unless my loved one specifically asked for that before they died.. Even if it is for art.
