Well, poor college students "are not generally required to go and testify in Congress", it's true. So I guess you're good, especially if you've answered "almost the same questions" before.
Now that you've brought it up, I wouldn't wish that on anybody, but...

(There was that whole "maybe we shouldn't accept confessions obtained by torture" position that McCarthy held, but I don't think that was strictly speaking HCUA... Still.)
