Trillian: Highlighting a URL in the IRC client can allow remote code execution as the logged-in user. If you don't use IRC on Trillian, you should be fine, but update anyway. Just in case.

WinAmp: Malformed MP4 files allow remote code execution as the logged-in user. No patch yet - just don't open MP4s that you don't trust inside WinAmp and you should be fine until there is a patch.
