TIME Magazine puts Richard Dawkins on their 100 influential people list.

And they ask Michael "Duh, I eat poop" Behe to write the piece.

DawSON, or DawKINS?

Oddly enough, that was a respectible bit of commentary, even if his breath does smell of feces.

And to say "He wrote what he believed, not the facts!"

Maybe I should have said, "respectful." Honestly, with what I know of Behe, I am surprised he wrote this at all, let alone didn't fill it with venom. I expected much more contempt. Instead of outright calling Dawkins evil, he just called him ignorant.
On the poop-eater scale, he was respectful.

Richard Dawkins, buddy.

I was wondering why a 74-year-old former gameshow host made the most influential people list...

I'll refrain from all "Survey says..." jokes now But I do wish I had a soundfile of the "Wrong" sound from that show.

As a child I was always thrilled when teams got their third "X."

Earliest remembered schadenfreude, I guess.

I go through the same thing every time I hear his name. When it was announced that Dawkins was to be on the Colbert Report, I was mildly confused.

Of course the reviewer is a poo-eater. He writes for Time.

Time isn't a creationist rag, last I checked.

Of course, last I checked, I didn't exactly look closely. It's just Time.

It wasn't when I read it 25 years ago, but that article you posted leads me to suspect otherwise.

Perhaps Time has changed.

Aside from anything else, a primary school student could have written a better brief bio than that, and included less personal irrelevancies.
