DeCoster Farms have been in trouble for hiring illegal aliens and underpaid migrant workers, too. Despite being in Maine (pretty far for trucks from Mexico to drive), for cryin' out loud.

Sounds like pretty anti-Christian behavior to me. The hypocrite. Decoster himself now owns farms in Iowa, too, after getting in trouble in Maine, if you do a search.

For the record, the prevailing opinion as I hear it in Lewiston, Maine (I work in the town), is that Decoster Farms is, once again, in deep crap over this abuse.

Thankfully.

Being a blue state has its advantages, I guess.

Not unusual. Washington State has lots of migrant workers despite our distance from Mexico, and several examples of migrants in Maine were mentioned in David Shipler's The Working Poor: Invisible in America
