You know, I need to save that picture of the pope for when I need a picture of an evil emperor or something. Because THAT is a fantastic evil emperor shot.
Recolour the robes, file off the crucifixes and replace with the fantasy emblem of your choice, photoshop the miter into something like the double-crown of Egypt or some other big hat... turn the whatever-that-is he's holding into a mace of office... et voilla. Evil Emperor.
An hour in photoshop, or a few hours of fun with tracing and sketching in new bits. Damn, I'll have to start that when I get home. Too awesome.
