Yeah ... 1mm of hair now that's "disruptive". We had shit like "hairstyle guidelines" in highschool but it was a nun-run all girl place so you expected insane stuff like that.

But yeah, the U.S. Military actually treats intentional baldness as a potential violation of their grooming standards. It generally slips by via the old "executive privilege" loophole(no one enforces it) but I've seen it used when jr personnel were getting to high-handed with the rules-lawyering.
