And I imagine a sad little vampire sitting along in a corner, sucking on a blood bag, mumbling "puh-dump puh-dump" to himself and squeezing it a little, rhythmically.

Poor little vampire.

This begs for a cartoon, but so much of it is soundtrack and motion. Would need to be a quick strip at least.
