James Hetfield and his associates should be detained and questioned for other reasons. Firstly would be why they insist on making Cliff Burton roll over in his grave so fast and so often that he is now rotating with enough force to power half of Tokyo.

They did not do their best work after Burton died. Their best work was Kill 'em All, Ride the Lightning, and Master of Puppets, with MoP being the highpoint. After that it was all downhill.
