Okay, IANAL, but... what? Correct me if I'm wrong:
1: Politicians say they won't arrest people for having medicinal marijuana, but doesn't pass a law on it. 2: Guy goes out and gets marijuana, doesn't get arrested. 3: Guy says that if government isn't arrested some people who have marijuana, then they can't claim to arrest anyone who has marijuana. Judge agrees?
(And Canadian pot is supposed to be much better than the US stuff, which is why the US imports it from us. I don't know, though - it's definitely Not My Thing)
