theweaselkingMan sentenced to 25 years in jail for possession of a drug... for which he had a prescription.
As the prosecution pointed out, possessing the amount of the drug that his doctor prescribed is illegal in this state, and that statute contains no exceptions for a doctor's prescription. Simply having that many pills is enough to "prove" criminal possession with intent to traffic.
