Fortunately, like the Doomsday clock, the release of a Watchmen movie has been locked at two years in the future for over a decade now. I hope it stays that way.
And, ugh, there goes one of my favorite lines in the story.
"Wait, is Blake shaking hands with Vice President Ford in this picture?" "Well, between you and me, I think we can eliminate him as a suspect. A job like this doesn't seem like his style."
