Man in Texas to be executed for... being in a car 100 yards away from a murder.

He knew the killer. He didn't know the killer was going to shoot the victim. The evidence agrees with this. The killer agrees with this. He's still facing execution for first-degree murder.

It's a black guy, the death penalty, and Texas. Somehow I'm not surprised in the least.

Texas did the same thing 10 years ago, guy named herrera i think. Was involved in shooting of a state trooper, but not the guy who did it. Shouldnt have gotten the death penalty, everyone agreed, deathbead confession and all that from the guy who did the shooting, but he got the paperwork in past the deadline.
