It is Florida but a rocket launcher is actually pretty easy to get. In Canada you can buy a mortar without any paperwork beyond the receipt at the cash. The shells on the other hand are VERY illegal. Apparently we are following the Chris Rock theory of gun control on this one.

Yeah, but... a rudimentary mortar is kind of simple.

I'm not sure how easy it is to get a rocket launcher in Washington, but I do know you can get a high-powered rifle more easily than you can a pistol. (The reason is that pistols are easily concealed, whereas a rifle, by definition, is not. Now, if you walk around on the street with one, that is likely to get you into trouble.)

Same thing in Canada. Long guns are easy to get. Shotguns are easy to get. Pistols are harder, because it's easy to spot a guy with a rifle.

Found it in a shed?

Did they, by chance, need an older cop to translate the guy's mumbly speech? Was there a sea mine involved as well?

When I watched that movie for the first time, me and my best friend annoyed everyone in the theatre by laughing non-stop the whole time.
