With Rorschach ink blots, if a person isn't able to pick out at least one naughty bit when asked, there's something wrong with them. Truth, according to my Clinical Psych and Abnormal Psych profs.
Of course, they'll typically mention other things first, but if they seriously don't see tits on Number 12 (or whichever one has the tits... I can't remember) when you say "what part of the body do you see?" then they're pretty repressed. They're probably seeing it but not saying it.
Note: projective tests aren't used nearly as much as they used to be, for reasons of external validity.
