Well, there's only 10ish of them, and the three or four most detailed are all by the same artist, with the same relative size wrt the car. That makes this the kind of thing that could be *one* person's fetish, and there's a bunch of other people making the rest of it as a challenge, a joke, or simply as a favour: guy #1 draws your favourite fetish in his style if you draw his.

It's deeply fucked up, but possibly explainable.

Here from metaquotes as well. To me, these make a strange sort of sense. My guess is that it's teenage male artists, and what do teenage boys love? Cars, badass dragons, and sex.
