(Given the watermark, I suspect it's a photoshopped mouse suit, because although worth1000 sometimes does actual photo contests, that suit doesn't seem like the kind of thing you could get a gecko-substitute into.)
it might be real, I saw a little girl on an episode of the Ellen Degeneres Show a few weeks ago that could hypnotize lizards, and she would dress them in adorable little outfits or pose them on different miniature furniture.
